QUALIFICATIONS
- Juris Doctor degree (or equivalent degree) with commercial real estate experience; specifically, experience in structuring, negotiating, and documenting commercial real estate transactions.
- Admission to the North Carolina State Bar preferred
- 4-6+ years of experience representing lenders and / or lessors of commercial aircraft in leasing, purchase and sale and financing transactions.
- Experience leading both domestic and cross-border transactions is preferred.
- Excellent academic performance and strong interpersonal skills are required.
This role sit HYBRID out of the Charlotte, NC office.
