ABOUT THE POSITION :
The ideal candidate for this position will possess a love for children and the desire to work and serve their needs, as a positive Christian role model.
The Extended Care Team Member is responsible for providing playground supervision; help in Study Hall; assist in the lunchroom;
and assist teachers with special projects, while maintaining a safe and healthy environment. They will follow safety rules and guidelines at all times.
We are looking for someone who can demonstrate the character qualities of enthusiasm, courtesy, flexibility, integrity, gratitude, kindness, self-control, perseverance, and punctuality.
The position has the physical demands of standing and walking for extended periods of time. Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds comfortably.
The ideal candidate will be First Aid / CPR certified or willing to do so within a short period of time.
This is a great opportunity for college students with a flexible schedule with an interest in becoming a teacher or anyone with a love and energy to work with elementary aged children.
