Performs routine legal research and compiles data from such references as digests, encyclopedias, practice manuals or other sources.
Prepares drafts of contracts involving leases, licenses, purchases, sales, insurance, employment, and related matters. Maintains file system for annual meetings and drafts documents for such meetings, including notices, proxies, affidavits of mailing, agendas, ballots, shareholders' and directors' minutes and related memoranda.
Performs legal support assignments that are varied and more complex in character but usually involving relatively limited responsibilities.
Qualifications : High level of attention to detail. Education minimum of two years formal legal training or equivalent. Ability to work independently.
