FedEx Ground is now hiring Full Time FedEx Non-CDL Delivery Drivers.
Pay :
Starting at $140 / day with opportunity for bonuses and raises!
Benefits :
- Paid weekly!

- Bonus opportunities after 90 days of employment (based on performance)
- 10 days of PTO after 1 year of employment
- $150 bonus for drivers willing to work a 6th workday! (when needed)

Drivers will be operating out of the Springfield FedEx Ground terminal at 2700 North Mulroy Road, Strafford, MO 65757 and will be making deliveries to businesses and residences in and around the area.
Our drivers will be operating box trucks and / or straight trucks provided by the employer.
CDL License is NOT required!!! Our FedEx Ground company is looking for people who have been Local Drivers, Route Drivers, Truck Drivers, Couriers, Pick Up Drivers, Delivery drivers - and if you have driven for UPS, Amazon, previous FedEx companies, DHL, Wal-Mart, Uber, Lyft or any other similar companies that is a plus! We have a Full Time job waiting for you as we are hiring urgently and immediately!!
Schedule :
Full Time : 5 days / week, available workdays are Monday Saturday (new drivers MUST be available to work Saturday)
Hours : 8 : 00 AM - delivery completion around 5 : 00 PM
FedEx Delivery Driver Requirements
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record
- Applicants must be 21 years of age or older
- 1 Year of Driving Experience for a job
- Must be able to pass a Drug Test (includes test for cannabis, Delta 8, certain CBDs, etc.)
- Must be able to pass a DOT Medical / Physical Exam (Paid by Employer!)
- Must be willing to submit to a background check
- Must hold a valid Class E Missouri driver’s license
- Physically able to handle packages up to 150 lbs (with dolly)

Responsibilities of a FedEx Delivery Driver
- Arrive at terminal located at 2700 North Mulroy Road, Strafford, MO 65757 to pick up vehicle and packages.
- Delivering packages to destination
- Scanning and Logging Packages
- Safety, integrity, service, and attendance are TOP priorities!
