Synchrony Rehab, a subsidiary of Trilogy Health Services LLC, is currently seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist at Willow Ridge Memory Care, a dynamic and innovative Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living health campus in Charlotte, NC .
You must hold an active or pending Occupational Therapy (OT) state licensure to apply for this position.

Qualifications
- Must have an active or pending Occupational Therapy (OTR) state license
- Proven track record of successful patient care experience
- Experience working with a geriatric disabled population preferred
