Your impact

We are looking for Entry-Level Engineers to join our teams across North America to work on projects that bring innovative solutions to our clients' challenges locally and worldwide. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and be involved in a variety of engineering tasks for clients ranging from cities / municipalities to federal government agencies to private manufacturing or data center clients. In this position you will work with a multidisciplinary team taking on a variety of tasks that blend your theoretical knowledge with practical application. Under the guidance of professional engineers, architects and other senior technical staff you will support your team with project coordination, engineering design utilizing specialty specific software, and data collection / analysis.

Your responsibilities could also include preparing construction cost estimates, conducting code compliance reviews, performing field investigations, drafting technical reports and memorandums, reviewing equipment submittals & shop drawings, responding to contractor RFIs (Requests for Information), and so much more. You'll take ownership of the completeness, accuracy and timeliness of the work assigned to you by demonstrating the ability to progress from basic design work assignments to more complicated and involved projects working in conjunction with a technical team.

What you'll need

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Geological, or Architectural Engineering or Construction Management or another closely related field.
  • Authorization to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship, now or in the future

Ideally you will also have

  • Master's degree in Structural, Transportation, Water, Fire Protection, or another specialized field of study aligning with our listed opportunities
  • Previous relevant engineering internship

    The base salary range for this position is $55,000.00 to $90,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
