Compensation : $55k - $65k / year, DOE; comprehensive benefits package
Position Overview :
- Oversee daily store operations, including inventory control and visual merchandising.
- Recruit, guide, and inspire our stylist team to deliver exceptional guest service and a passion for fashion.
- Drive sales through customer engagement and innovative sales strategies, exceeding goals.
- Stay ahead of fashion trends and customer preferences to guide product selection and presentation.
- Build lasting relationships by understanding and fulfilling our customers' fashion needs and aspirations.
- Ensure a secure, inclusive, and welcoming environment adhering to store policies.

- Proven track record in retail management, particularly in fashion or intimate apparel.
