JCO is currently on the lookout for an Administrative Assistant for one of our top clients! This well-established company is one of the key players in residential construction and looking for a reliable person to join their team.
The idea candidate will have great computer skills (including a working knowledge of Excel), a strong attention to detail, and previous administrative experience.

The Duties will include :
- Process all the daily service tickets as they come in
- Schedule service calls and distribute to technicians
- Filing, data entry, general office duties as needed
The Ideal candidate will have :
- Experience in customer service and Data Entry
- Experience in residential construction preferred
- Exceptional multitasking skills
- Excellent phone etiquette and people skills
Schedule :
- Monday Friday, 7 am to 4 pm
