Requirements :

• OH / Compact License in hand
• Minimum 1.5 years recent Med / Surg Telemetry experience
• Must have 1.5 years perm MS / Tele prior travel
• AHA BLS
• AHA ACLS
• NIHSS

MUST HAVE PERM OHIO LICENSE OR COMPACT STATE IN HANDAHA BLS & ACLS required, MUST be willing to obtain NIHSS prior to start*TWO recent references from a manager, ANM, supervisor or director in the specialty applying for are REQUIRED to qualify for submission.
