We are currently seeking an experienced Inventory / Frame & Lens Order Entry Clerk for our fast-paced optical laboratory in Omaha, NE .

Job Summary
2nd shift - 1 : 30 pm to 9 : 30 pm - $17 / hour (includes $1 / hour shift differential)
Responsible for the accurate and timely entry of material orders and product selection for optical laboratory Rx & stock orders.
Duties :
- Timely and accurate keying of lens and / or frame purchase orders into computer for electronic transmission to vendors.
- Retrieve product from inventory for Rx / stock processing.
- Access and interpret reports within software program respective to inventory levels, purchase orders, fill rates, et.al
- Perform cycle counts and periodic inventory.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Experience / Qualifications
- High School diploma, GED or equivalent
- 2 yrs. work experience commensurate with position requirements
- Must be highly detail-oriented
- Ability to meet and maintain deadlines
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Basic PC / keyboard skills required
- General Ophthalmic knowledge preferred, but not required
- Ability to lift and / or move up to 25 pounds
