Trilogy Home Healthcare is an exciting place to be right now! We cover over 42 counties with 10 branch offices across the state of Florida.
Depending on location, we can serve a census of anywhere between 250 - 1000 patients and growing. Due to our size, growth and footprint, there is plenty of room for advancement in all our branches.

A Physical Therapist in a home healthcare setting helps a patient regain and maintain mobility, strength, and a level of function that leads to positive patient outcomes.
You establish goals and provide patient education on improving balance, walking, and preventing decline after an illness or surgery.
You will also assess the home environment to ensure safe mobility is achieved.

Qualifications :
- Graduate from a physical therapist curriculum approved by the American Physical Therapy Association, or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association, or the Council of Medical Education of the American Medical Association and American Physical Therapy Association.
- Currently licensed in the state(s) in which practicing.
- One year experience preferred.
- Able to exercise initiative and independent judgment.
- Ability to return the individual to optimum and productive level within the patient’s capabilities.
