We are currently recruiting for a Principal C# Service Design Engineer . We seek individuals who respect others for their knowledge and skills and thrive in an inclusive environment of camaraderie.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and deliver reliable, high-quality embedded and desktop software for complex medical instruments meeting regulatory standards.
• Participate in designing and implementing C# .Net services for medical instrument activities like scheduling and inventory management.
• Collaborate with the chief architect on design tradeoffs to determine the appropriate solution.
• Create, maintain, and review software project documents including development and configuration plans.
• Participate in software project risk and hazard analysis.
• Drive software requirements with other team members and integrate with system requirements.
• Utilize software engineering best practices (e.g., unit testing, integration testing, code reviews).
• Work cooperatively within the software group and across disciplines.
• Work in a hybrid environment with the ability to report onsite when needed.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or related discipline.
• 10+ years of relevant experience developing software for complex instruments or devices.
• Experience in designing and implementing C# .Net services for medical instrument activities.
• Understanding of revision control and issue tracking systems.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience in software development lifecycle (Agile) and object-oriented design methodology.
• Experience with medical device regulatory guidance (21 CFR Part 820, IEC 62304, ISO 13485).
• Technical leadership skills.
• Creative and innovative problem-solving ability.
• Good organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Helpful skills : SOA, gRPC, and Entity framework.
