Job Description
Hire, train, manage, and direct the work activities of automotive body shop employees. Write body shop repair estimates to restore vehicle to condition specified by customer.

Responsibilities
- Hire, train, manage, and direct the work activities of automotive body shop employees.
- Write body shop repair estimates to restore vehicle to condition specified by customer.
- Manage Direct Repair Programs for all insurance companies.
- Purchase parts and other supplies needed for the relevant repairs.
- Interact with customers, insurance companies, collision estimators, service advisors, technicians, etc.
Requirements
- Experience is required.
- Excellent managerial and communication skills.
- Knowledge of new vehicle repair technologies.
- ICAR Certification (preferred).
- Solid understanding of estimating process and system.
- Professional appearance and work ethic.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.
- Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screening.
