About The Position
Job Description & Requirements
Certified Radiology Technologist - (RAD Tech)
StartDate : 11 / 18 / 2024 Available Shifts : 8 N Pay Rate : $2050.79 - $2362.87
CT / Rad Technologists work under the direction of the Radiologist to perform a variety of routine and complex CT scanning examinations for the purpose of diagnosing abnormalities, contributing to the efficient operation of the department and continuity of patient care.
Education· Graduate of an AMA approved radiology program required. TK3 Experience· One year of CT experience preferred.Certifications, Licenses, and RegistrationsWould need to provide radiology services too.
- Basic life support certification required.· Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists in Radiology (R) and Computed tomography (CT) required.
- Illinois Emergency Management Agency certification to perform Radiology requiredSkills and Abilities· Knowledge of cross sectional anatomy.
- Ability to start IV’s· Ability to maintain radiation safety.
Required Qualifications
Education
