About the Company :

At L.A. Head Hunter, we are seeking a talented Engagement Director to join our dynamic team. This individual will be responsible for fostering and managing client relationships, ensuring the highest standards of delivery, and driving growth through strategic initiatives.

In this key role, you will work closely with teams across Account Management, Delivery, Technology Solutions, and Professional Services to optimize client experiences and contribute to ongoing improvements.

About the Role :

Key Responsibilities :

• Client Relationship Management : Act as the primary liaison for select clients, overseeing their accounts from start to finish, addressing their needs, and providing valuable insights to the account team.
• Delivery Coordination : Collaborate with Account and Delivery Directors during account planning sessions to ensure alignment on objectives and to facilitate successful project execution.
• Business Development : Engage directly with clients onsite to uncover new opportunities and support business expansion through relationship-building and strategic farming efforts.
• Continuous Improvement & Risk Management : Lead initiatives aimed at continuous improvement and implement risk mitigation strategies to boost client satisfaction and project success.

Qualifications :

• Experience : 8+ years of commercial / sales experience, including at least 3 years working with U.S.-based clients in the IT or nearshoring sectors.
• Client-Centric : Highly motivated and skilled in client relations, with the ability to build trust and maintain strong partnerships.
• Location : Based in New York City or the San Francisco Bay Area, with flexibility to be present at client sites as required.
• English Proficiency : Native or bilingual proficiency in English.
