Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
- Verify and reconcile invoices, statements, and payment discrepancies.
- Maintain vendor and customer records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Prepare and distribute financial reports as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve financial discrepancies and issues.
- Assist with ad-hoc financial projects and tasks as assigned.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in accounting preferred, but candidates with relevant accounting experience will also be considered.
- Proven experience in accounts payable and / or accounts receivable roles.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
