Full Time / Part-time
Responsibilities Include :
Licensed Practical Nurses interact with LPN discipline to assure quality care is provided within policies and parameters defined by the nursing management.
Duties include medication administration, documentation, overseeing residents care and implementation of schedules per residents.
Qualifications :
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- LPN certification or state license in NJ
- Ability to work independently or as part of a group
- Previous LTC / SNF experience preferred
