About the Role :

Within Accenture's Resources practice, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and delivering exceptional value to our clients in the Natural Resources sector.

This includes oil & gas, mining & metals, chemicals, and utilities. You will bring your industry expertise and consulting experience to the forefront, leading client engagements and managing high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead client engagements focused on digital transformation, operational excellence, and sustainability initiatives.
  • Develop deep client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and understanding their unique business challenges.
  • Manage project teams, ensuring successful delivery and exceeding client expectations.
  • Contribute to the development of innovative solutions leveraging Accenture's industry-specific capabilities and technology expertise (e.g., SAP, AI, Cloud).
  • Identify new business opportunities and actively participate in proposal development and sales pursuits.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performing work environment, mentoring and coaching junior team members.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, continually expanding your knowledge base.
  • At least 7 years of experience in the Natural Resources industry, with a proven track record of success.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in metals operations, preferably focused on business planning, shop floor execution, cost accounting or maintenance management.
  • Strong understanding of key challenges and opportunities facing the Natural Resources sector.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
  • Experience leading and managing client engagements, with a focus on project delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Proven ability to develop and motivate teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  • Experience with digital transformation strategies and technologies a plus (e.g., SAP, AI, Cloud).
  • Passion for sustainability and a desire to help clients achieve their sustainability goals.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.

As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York or Washington as set forth below.
