Job Description / Responsibilities
Security Compliance Analyst (This position might be a hybrid to do the below duties, but maybe eventually help out with actual remediations as needed if possible)
- Analyze vulnerability reports (Qualys, Tanium, Threadfix, etc.) to identify required steps toward remediation and provide guidance to application teams in doing so.
- Develop detailed reports providing application owners with the status of their overall application health, to include tracking of open action items.
- Connect application engineers with appropriate contacts to address questions / concerns related to vulnerabilities and provide additional support as needed.
- Consult with remediation management teams across various business units to align expectations and workshop areas of need.
- Remain current on organization-wide initiatives and provide necessary updates to application teams.
- Organize and maintain application-specific remediation plans and work with engineers to track to completion.
- Identify trends across vulnerability reports to track progression and address areas of need.
