Job Description :

Parsons is looking for a talented to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for overall project delivery, procurement, and field management of an OCONUS large-scale project with complex logistical challenges.

This position requires relocation to Kwajalein Atoll.

What You'll Be Doing :

• Executing the delivery of complex construction on the Marshall Islands
• Working with architects and engineers to complete the project design
• Assembling and managing the development of a strong team
• Managing project meetings, along with client and trade partner relationships
• Tracking performance to meet and exceed schedule and financial goals

What Required Skills You'll Bring :

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management or related field
• 10+ years of experience with vertical construction is required
• Extensive knowledge of construction-related processes, as well as a thorough knowledge of industry best practices
• Demonstrated managerial capability with strong written and oral communication skills

Salary Range :

$117,000.00 - $210,600.00This position will be posted for a minimum of 3 days and will continue to be posted for an average of 30 days until a qualified applicant is selected or the position has been cancelled.
