Commercial Construction Project Manager (GC)

Compensation :

• Salary range : $80,000 - $120,000
• Comprehensive benefits package including 401(k), health insurance, and profit sharing

Project Areas : We seek candidates with experience across a range of project sectors, including :

• Multifamily
• Education
• Healthcare (preferred)
• Retail
• Restaurants & Grocery
• Hospitality
• Industrial (including data centers, aerospace, and defense manufacturing)
• Position Overview : We are looking for a Project Manager with a background in construction management (degree preferred but not mandatory;

training and certification provided). The ideal candidate will excel in a collaborative setting and have a solid grasp of project management within the specified sectors.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and oversee various projects from start to finish.
• Work closely with the executive team and directors, who are involved in all projects.
• Create and maintain a positive team atmosphere that reflects our core values.
• Facilitate the growth and development of team members while promoting independence.
• Participate in company events and activities that enhance workplace culture.

Qualifications :

• 3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager in ground-up commercial projects (full lifecycle).
• Background in multifamily, education, healthcare, retail, restaurants, grocery, hospitality, or industrial sectors.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
