Practice Overview :
- EMR Platform EPIC
- Outpatient care at NGPG Auburn, Georgia
- 1 Physician and 1 Advanced Practitioner
- Hours :
- M F : 8 5
- Preferred four 10-hour day schedule with flexible start time
- Treating ages newborn and up for acute visits, preventative medicine, and managing chronic illnesses
- On site lab services and EKG
- Adequate and experienced support staff
- Proximity to specialists on NGMC Winder campus
- Caring for patients in a growing community

- BC / BE Family Nurse Practitioner
- One year of experience preferred, but not required
- Passion for quality and patient care
- Functions well in a team environment, contributing to and supporting organization goals and initiatives
