We are looking for an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee high-impact commercial projects with a commitment to quality, safety, and teamwork.
Position Summary :
The Electrical Project Manager will be responsible for managing large commercial electrical projects from inception to completion.
This role involves leading a team of estimators and engineers, coordinating with clients and contractors, and ensuring project goals are achieved on time and within budget.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of commercial electrical systems, possess NEC knowledge, and be skilled at managing multiple high-stakes projects.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee and manage multiple commercial electrical projects including data centers, high-rise residential, healthcare, education, and airport facilities.
- Lead a team of estimators and engineers, providing guidance and ensuring team alignment with project objectives.
- Establish project timelines, budgets, and resources in alignment with client and company goals.
- Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget constraints.
- Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and team members to maintain clear communication and resolve issues.
- Ensure all work complies with local and national electrical codes (NEC knowledge preferred).
- Conduct regular site visits to assess project status, quality, and safety.
- Manage procurement, submittals, and approvals required for each project phase.
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies as needed.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in electrical project management, specifically in commercial construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of NEC (National Electrical Code).
- Proven experience in managing teams of estimators, engineers, and other project personnel.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to handle complex project logistics and maintain focus on project goals.
- Familiarity with construction project management software.

- Demonstrated success managing electrical work for data centers, high-rise residential, healthcare, K-12, and other large commercial projects.
