What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Manage all AP and P2P related processes
- Provide leadership and coaching to the team
- Conduct periodic audits to ensure process adherence and accuracy
- Manage the full cycle requisition to hire process
- Serve as the main point of contact for the Single-Use Account program and the SpendMend audit recovery program
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, or equivalent
- Minimum of six years of related experience
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Proficiency in PeopleSoft FMS, Perceptive Software, Qlik, GHX, Jaggaer / Sciquest, Chase Bank Payment Net, Chase Bank Access, and MS Office
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- MBA or master's degree in accounting, finance, supply chain, or related field
- Certification in a related field (CPA, etc.)
- Experience managing a large accounts payable operation in an ERP environment
- Experience with data analytics and scorecards for operational management
- Knowledge of healthcare industry processes and regulations
