The Clinical Nurse assesses, coordinates, plans, and manages the needs of patients in the Infectious Disease / Secure Unit, focusing on progress toward discharge.
Responsibilities include delivering and coordinating patient care, ensuring compassionate and competent care provision. Nurses are eligible to participate in the Nursing Professional Advancement Pathway (NPAP) for career progression.
