Astral at Franklin , a part of Franciscan Ministries, is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants CNA’s who are customer and patient focused to become a part of a health care company whose mission is to celebrate life and serve with joy.

They work hands-on with our residents on a daily basis assisting with any caregiving needs and work under the direction of a licensed nurse.

Experience in a Senior Living organization is a plus!

Duties and responsibilities :

• Provide personal care assistance / services as required or instructed
• Observe and report any changes in resident’s physical / emotional condition to the licensed nurse
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents, visitors, and co-workers
• Attend a minimum of 12 annual hours of in-service education
• Promote and respect the dignity and well-being of each resident and their family

Required skills and qualifications :

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• One year of caregiving experience
• Flexible schedule, including availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed

As a CNA you will

We are currently looking for CNA / PRN’s (Certified Nursing Assistants) to join our team! To qualify you need a :

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• One year of caregiving experience (preferred)
• Must enjoy working with the senior population
• Must enjoy working as part of a team
