Grow With Us! The Hilb Group is currently seeking a motivated and ambitious Commercial Lines Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to build relationships and service our P&C customers.
This position will report to our agency located in Pelham, NY. The ideal candidate will be motivated to succeed, is well organized, able to prioritize, and able to work well with a team.
This is an in-office position.
Responsibilities :
- Commercial Lines manager responsible for hands on management of department including supervising and management of all team personnel.
- Special focus on department growth.
- Contributing to a positive workplace environment
- Ensuring the highest level of customer service and satisfaction
- All other duties as assigned
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree
- Preferably licensed and with knowledge of AMS360 and ImageRight.
- Knowledge of insurance marketplace and sales environment certainly a plus.
- Deadline driven.
- Ability to work independently, as well as be a team player demonstrating collaboration
- Tech-savvy with excellent command of all Microsoft programs (Office, Word, and Excel)
- Salary : $80,000 to $115,000
