Welcome to Upstate Air Heating & Cooling, a reputable HVAC company with a commitment to excellence. We're actively seeking a skilled full-time HVAC Installation Technician to join our team in Chili, NY.
At Upstate Air Heating & Cooling, we value work-life balance. Expect a standard Monday-Friday schedule from 8 : 00 AM to 4 : 30 PM , with occasional overtime and weekend opportunities.
WHAT DO WE OFFER :
This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $52,000 to $60,000 / year , coupled with performance bonuses.

REQUIREMENTS :
- 3+ years of HVAC experience
- A valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to take initiative, demonstrate responsibility, and contribute to a positive work environment
- Willingness to learn
An EPA refrigeration license is a plus, but we'll assist you in obtaining it if needed. As an HVAC Installation Technician, your daily routine will revolve around replacing residential heating and cooling systems.
