Job Title : Building Automation Systems Specialist

Responsibilities :
- Lead the setup and commissioning of building automation systems.
- Engage in troubleshooting, calibration, repair, and operation of control systems and their associated hardware and software.
- Develop and modify control programming to meet project specifications.
- Maintain and update system diagrams and documentation to ensure accuracy.
- Collaborate with customers, subcontractors, and team members to deliver high-quality service.
- Conduct functional testing of systems to verify they meet design and user requirements.
- Support the training of users as part of project completion.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service standards.
Requirements :
- Associate degree or certification in Applied Technologies or a related field.
- Familiarity with electronics, basic electrical circuits, and programming concepts.
- Experience with mechanical systems and troubleshooting various issues.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive problem-solving approach.
- Ability to work well in teams and independently.
