The award-winning in-house agency team for PepsiCo Foods, affectionately called D3, is hiring again! We are growing rapidly with a dynamic team that includes Creative, Account Service, Strategy, Ops, Production, Social, Digital, Cause, and Partnership experts providing full-service creative agency work for the PepsiCo Foods North American portfolio.

The D3 team is a full-service creative agency that supports the PepsiCo Foods North America business, working on iconic brands like Lay's, Doritos, Tostitos, Smartfood, Cap'n Crunch and Quaker (to name just a few!).

The PepsiCo Foods North America (PFNA) D3 Digital Marketing Team is looking for a strategic, results-oriented Sr. Digital Marketing Analyst who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative marketing environment.

This role will contribute to the strategy and lead the activation of our CRM and Portfolio Digital Marketing efforts. The individual will work with the Brand Teams and our Digital Agencies to support the planning and successful launch of key initiatives to further accelerate the acquisition and refresh of 1P consumer data.

This role will hone skills in building strong team dynamics, dealing with ambiguity, influencing up to the highest levels of the organization, and driving for results.

Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and implementation of digital marketing activations across the Quaker and PepsiCo Foods NA owned media ecosystem (Web, Email, CRM / Loyalty and Database)
  • Support development of memorable digital experiences for consumers through owned channels (websites, applications, etc.

building long-term relationships that ultimately lead to digital transactions

  • Lead SEO content development to increase organic visibility of our brands with consumers in search
  • Coordinate PFUS planning and activation for Quaker's "modular" loyalty program, and Tasty Rewards CRM program. Take charge of developing the interactive consumer-facing hub and collaborating with agencies on evergreen programming.

Lead all aspects of creative, content and the periodic refresh of associated activities and rewards

  • Coordinate website content updates in partnership with our offshore team across all evergreen Quaker and Frito-Lay needs from brand sites through our Content Management System (CMS)
  • Liaise with brand teams, agency partners and internal creative teams to develop bar-raising digital creative that will support and reinforce the equity of our Trademarks, their distinctive positioning and business objectives
  • Own and maintain a content calendar for Quaker evergreen brand websites and microsite activations
  • Oversee Quaker and PFNA activation on the PepsiCo Digital Asset Management Systems , Content Engine and Digital Recipe Engine
  • Work with internal analytics peers and agency partners to define measurement best practices, ROI, KPIs and benchmarking
  • Support development of CRM, email and content marketing strategies
  • Support Associate Director Digital Marketing with other related projects as required

Compensation and Benefits :

  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $72,500 - $121,300 based on a full-time schedule.
  • Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
  • Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 8% of annual salary paid out annually.
  • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications

Education

  • Minimum Qualification : Bachelor's Degree
  • Preferred : Concentration in Marketing, Communications and / or New Media preferred

Work Experience

2-3 years of experience working client-side in marketing or related discipline, at an ad or media agency, media platform, or publisher.

Skills / Capabilities

  • Strong consumer empathy & customer-centricity. Demonstrated ability to place the consumer at the heart of everything
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with others
  • Basic understanding of marketing strategy and ability to develop marketing tactics that deliver on brand objectives
  • Ability to think strategically, coupled with a pragmatic results orientation and proven track record of delivering strong tactical execution
  • Self-starter with strong ownership, able to work independently on projects with a bias for action
  • Solid organizational and project management skills - able to establish priorities, strong detailed execution, and ability to multi-task
  • Ability to build strong relationships with internal & external partners
  • Strong analytical skills, able to synthesize information to develop understanding and insights
  • A combination of Beverage and / or CPG Industry Marketing experience considered is an asset
