This is a rare opportunity to be part of a global team that is building something extraordinary.Site Manager - New YorkWe are hiring a team of dynamic and hands-on Site Managers for our studios in Bushwick, Ridgewood and Gowanus, New York City.

You’ll ensure our studios meet high standards, offer a great customer experience, and run efficiently. You’ll balance smooth operations, growing revenue, controlling costs, while ensuring health and safety compliance.

Every day will be different for you, but here's an overview : Studio Operations-

Oversee daily studio operations, manage equipment, and work with contractors and staff to keep things running smoothly.Equipment Repairs : Keep equipment running smoothly with regular checks, troubleshoot and fix issues on the spot, and liaise with Stock Control & Repairs for any additional repairs.Customer Experience :

Be the on the ground face of Pirate Studios gather customer feedback, make improvements, and collaborate with our Artist Support Team to ensure every visit runs smoothly.People Management :

Lead a team of Site Assistants and cleaners, ensuring they have the tools, training, and support to thrive.Health & Safety :

Maintain a safe, welcoming environment for artists, staff, and contractors by ensuring all compliance tasks and safety regulations are followed.Event Support :

Collaborate with the marketing team to bring our studios to life through exciting, community building on-site events.Our Ideal Site Manager has..Experience :
