Duties and Responsibilities for CNC Machine Operator :
- Load or unload materials from machine
- Inspect machinery or equipment to determine adjustments to machine
- Verifies accuracy of machined work pieces against blueprints or drawings
- Maintain consistent production quality
- Counts, sorts, and stacks finished work pieces and disposes of waste materials
Skills and Qualifications for CNC Machine Helper :
- Prior CNC Machine operating experience required
- Be able to read / understand details
- Adaptable and ready for pace changes
- Self-Starting / Highly Motivated
- Good hand eye coordination
- Ability to multitask
- Work well others and independently
- Be able to follow verbal and written instructions
- Great attendance is a must, so reliable transportation is necessary
- Flexibility : Over time and split shifts are a possibility depending on the workload.
