Our client, an industry-leading specialty law firm, is seeking a Customer Service Rep (Referrals Processor) for their Phoenix office.
This position involves processing foreclosure referrals from clients, managing high-volume caseloads, and working with vendor-related software.
The ideal candidate is self-directed, detail-oriented, and ready to take initiative.

Pay : $17.00 - $19.00 / hourly *DOE*
Location : North Phoenix, AZ
Job Description :
- Acknowledge and process foreclosure referrals from client websites, emails, or physical documents
- Import foreclosure data and manage deadlines using internal systems
- Communicate with title companies and clients, ensuring accurate documentation
- Monitor reports, request additional information, and follow up on client requests
Ideal Candidate :

- Administrative / Clerical experience *REQUIRED*
- Customer Service experience *REQUIRED*
