The H. Milton Stewart School of Industrial and Systems Engineering (ISyE) at the Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta, Georgia, invites applications for a full-time, non-tenure track faculty position in the Academic Professional career track.
Applicants will be considered at the Academic Professional or Senior Academic Professional rank with specialized experience and demonstrated excellence in teaching, with clear potential for taking on considerable responsibility in teaching, educational leadership, and administrative tasks.
Candidates are expected to demonstrate an exceptional commitment to the teaching and mentoring of students.

Job Responsibilities
The successful applicant will serve as ISyE’s Director of Student Services (DSS) and, in that role, lead the School’s Academic Office.
The DSS manages the daily operations, supervises employees, and provides leadership for technology and process improvement in the Academic Office.
Jointly with the Associate Chairs for Undergraduate and Graduate Studies, the DSS develops and implements the School’s teaching schedule, allocates teaching resources, and provides budget management for the office.
The DSS develops and oversees initiatives and processes to enhance student engagement and experience. The DSS is the primary point of contact for other student-related offices on campus, including, but not limited to, the Registrar, OIE, Dean of Students.
The DSS assists the School Chair and the academic Associate Chairs in the preparation of materials for assessment and accreditation processes.
Responsibilities will also include teaching courses in the ISyE academic programs.

About the H. Milton Stewart School of Industrial and Systems Engineering
The H. Milton School of Industrial and Systems Engineering is a leading unit within the Georgia Institute of Technology.
