Proven success in leading high-performance sales teams

Strong tech skills and comfort with CRM tools

Excellent verbal and written communication

5+ years in in-home sales(Preferred but open to other Sales leadership backgrounds)

Must be available on some weekends and holidays

Driver’s license required
