Mesilla Valley Hospital is a 120-bed facility, providing access to quality behavioral healthcare and substance abuse treatment to residents of New Mexico, West Texas and Arizona.

POSITION SUMMARY :

The Assistant Cook / Cook is responsible for the preparation and serving of breakfast, lunch and dinner meals for patients and facility staff according to the approved menu cycle and production sheets.

Qualifications

EXPERIENCE / EDUCATION :

Prior kitchen experience helpful. Must be able to read and write the English language. Highschool diploma or GED required.

SKILLS :

Knowledge of kitchen operations and procedures, skill in organizing / prioritizing workloads to meet deadlines and the ability to read menus / recipes.
