WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
- Managing a multi-line phone system in a professional manner within a fast-paced office
- Ensuring prompt responses to guests' inquiries and directing to the appropriate party in an efficient manner.
- Managing the receipt and shipment of office deliveries and mail.
Supporting various departments throughout the office with a variety of clerical duties and special projects as needed
WHAT ARE THE QUALIFICATIONS?
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Minimum 2 years office / clerical experience with demonstrated proficiency in typing and 10-key skills
- Highly refined communication skills with a professional demeanor
