- Prioritizes patient and employee safety by reporting and correcting hazards and incidents.
- Communicates effectively with colleagues to resolve issues and provide constructive feedback for professional development.
- Prepares the operating room for procedures and interviews patients using proper identification methods.
- Transports patients to and from the operating room, supports the surgical team during procedures, and provides handoff to the post-anesthesia care unit or specific unit.
