The Opportunity
Delaware North is hiring a Vice President of Business Insights and Analytics to join our team in Buffalo, New York. As Vice President of Business Insights and Analytics, you will be responsible for leading analytics strategy across the enterprise and guiding the transformation to a data-enabled and driven culture.

Minimum Anticipated Maximum Base Salary : $219300 - $301500 / year
In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan.
The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position.
Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range.

Responsibilities
- Provide strategic and operational guidance for digital and business transformation efforts, fostering growth and enhancing operational efficiency
- Collaborate with executive leadership to define and implement the strategic vision for business intelligence and insights
- Offer thought leadership on emerging trends and technologies in analytics and business intelligence
- Identify key performance indicators in collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive prioritising and benefit realization
- Partner with enterprise data teams to develop dashboard, analytical models, and reporting systems for actionable insights
- Act as a liaison between enterprise data teams and business units to ensure alignment with organizational objectives, maintaining key relationships for effective positioning in the marketplace
Qualifications
- An undergraduate degree is required; a relevant master's degree in business or equivalent experience is a plus
- A seasoned professional with a deep understanding of analytics, business intelligence, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an executive or senior management role; industry experience preferred
- Experience leading in a large public or private company is preferred ($1B or greater)
- Deep data knowledge and experience with data platforms, data analysis, visualization tools, and change management.
- Extensive experience in client relationship management in a complex matrix-driven leadership structure
