Director of Quality Control

A company is looking for a Director of Issues Management and Quality Control (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Manage Dealer Review, Quality Testing, and Issues Management processes while monitoring Operations Support functions

Identify, prioritize, and manage the testing process, communicating findings and executing corrective action plans

Analyze trends and risks, communicate recommendations to management, and develop related policies and procedures

Required Qualifications

College degree or equivalent professional work experience

Eight (8) plus years of experience in consumer finance, with three (3) years in a supervisory / management role

Thorough understanding of loan originations and servicing processes

Knowledge of federal and state laws and regulations applicable to auto finance preferred

Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; database skills preferred
