Mountain Mike's Pizza is actively looking for Shift Leads!
As a Shift Lead, your job is to guarantee the quality of service, customer satisfaction, and proper functionality of the restaurant.
You strive for excellence and create consistency for your employees. You set an example for the entire staff.
Responsibilities and Duties :
- Must excel at customer service
- Have full understanding of the menu and ensures preparation of menu items per standard operating procedures
- Under the supervision of of the General Managers and Assistant Managers, support the training and new cashiers, delivery drivers, and pizza makers
- When assigned, successfully manages delivery and dispatch on their shift
- Excels at Pizza Making and is able to catch and fix mistakes promptly
- Place Produce Order when Assistant Manager or General Manager are not on duty.
- Place regular Food Order when Assistant Manager or General Manager are not on duty.
- Support the management team with the monthly Inventory due the 5th of every month
- Work with staff to maintain superb customer service and minimize mistakes on orders
- Control costs by reviewing portion control and quantities of preparation; ensuring the use of scales during designates times;
minimizing waste; ensuring high quality of preparation
- Minimize sound in the kitchen so that our guests can enjoy their experience at Mountain Mikes and also, that staff can hear better when taking phone orders
- Facilitate pep-talks and build team environment especially during business rushes
- Maintain a professional demeanor at all times
- Follow and emphasize food sanitation guidelines and manage temperature control on all stations during shift
- Reporting (Any issues or concerns that may arise from your shift to higher management)
- Complete projects as assigned by owner or Manager

- Work collaboratively with the management team to build an exceptional team and contribute to a culture of excellence.
- Support the successful brand implementation of company standards including food quality, sanitation, customer service and community engagement
- Ensure the success and profitability of the restaurant through dynamic leadership and a strong understanding of the brand standards.
Prior experiences at brands like LaRosa's, Lou Malnati, Round Table Pizza, Idaho Pizza Company, Pizza Hut, Pizza Delight, as well as roles like a cashier, customer service associate, delivery driver, and manager is an asset.
