We're looking for a Senior Risk Manager to join our ever-evolving Risk team to help us unleash the potential of every business.

About the team

Our Legal, Risk, Compliance and Audit teams ensure we're doing business the right way. They help us balance a healthy risk appetite, so we're empowered to expand our horizons.

The Third-Party Agent (TPA) Credit and Risk Oversight team's plays a critical role in overseeing the risk of Worldpay's Payment Facilitator (PayFac) and ISO portfolios.

The team conducts Underwriting of new TPA's, periodic credit reviews, portfolio monitoring and shadow transaction monitoring, and generally partners with our commercial team in seeking to profitably grow the portfolio

What you'll own

• Leading a team of credit and risk analysts
• Primary interphase for risk with the Commercial teams
• New TPA underwriting process
• Portfolio management / monitoring of the TPA portfolio

Where you'll own it

You'll own it in our Cincinnati or Atlanta hub. While we're a large team of Worldpayers based in North America, we have collaborative spaces and regular opportunities to celebrate with each other in person.

What you bring

• Strong fundamental credit risk experience, dealing with evaluating financial statements of sizeable organizations
• Experience leading a team of 5+ people
• Strong communication skills
• Strong relationship building skills and ability to build a network and work in collaboration with numerous internal and external stakeholders
• Experience leveraging data and analytics to monitor and manage portfolio risk
• Direct merchant / payments experience a plus, but not required
• Bachelor's degree
