Flexible Schedule Shifts : 5-day workweek, Monday through Saturday, with a day off during the week, and rotate working the last Sunday of the month.

Here is an example of a schedule.

• Monday - Tuesday 9 am - 7 pm
• Wednesday : OFF
• Thursday : 12 : 00 pm - 7 : 00 pm
• Friday : 9 am - 6 : 00 pm
• Saturday 8 : 30 am - 5 : 00 pm

This role requires exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-centric approach.

Essential Functions

• Demonstrate vehicle features to customers who purchase a vehicle : pairing phones, customizable settings, garage door openers, and all vehicle features.
• Contact customers to follow up with questions after delivery.
• Follow up with Subaru customers after the sale and all deliveries to ensure customer satisfaction, positively impacting customer loyalty.
• Schedule a subsequent re-delivery for those requesting an additional explanation of their new vehicle's features.
• Assist the Sales and Service departments with customer technology questions and provide support when needed.
• Collaborate with sales management to meet monthly targets
• Utilize marketing and communication skills to maintain high customer satisfaction reviews
• Stay up to date with manufacturer education courses
• Perform in-person manufacturer training courses

Requirements

• Technology savvy
• Automotive enthusiasm
• Fluent in Spanish is a plus
• Extensive manufacturer product knowledge
• Exceptional customer service skills to provide a positive post-delivery experience for customers.
• Cleaning driving record
• Willing to learn
