Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Key Attributes and Duties of a LPN :
- Provide exceptional nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing environment.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement resident care plans.
- Monitor and assess residents' conditions, and report any changes to the charge nurse or supervisor.
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and feeding.
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Support a safe and clean environment for residents.
Qualifications :
- Valid LPN license in Utah.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Experience in a skilled nursing facility is a plus.
- CPR certification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassion and dedication to providing high-quality care.
