What The Role Entails

Job Summary : We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Operation Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing IT services, overseeing IT operations, and handling onboarding and offboarding processes. This role requires strong technical expertise, operational efficiency, and the ability to provide excellent IT services to support business needs.

Key Responsibilities :

• IT Hardware Asset Management : Track, manage, and maintain IT hardware assets, including procurement, inventory control, lifecycle management, and decommissioning.
• IT Operations Support : Ensure the smooth operation of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and end-user computing devices.
• Onboarding & Offboarding : Manage the IT provisioning and de-provisioning process for employees, including account creation, hardware allocation, and access management.
• Service Delivery & Support : Provide technical support to end users, troubleshoot IT issues, and ensure timely resolution through IT service management processes.
• IT Process Improvement : Develop and implement best practices for IT operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
• Collaboration & Coordination : Work closely with HR, IT Security, and other teams to streamline IT-related processes and improve user experience.
• Vendor & Supplier Management : Coordinate with external vendors for IT equipment procurement, service agreements, and maintenance contracts.
• Documentation & Reporting : Maintain accurate IT asset records, operational logs, and generate reports as needed.
• Security & Compliance : Ensure IT systems and processes comply with company security policies and regulatory requirements.

Location State(s) California The base pay range for this position in the state(s) above is $122,400.0 to $255,600.0 per year. Actual pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign on payment, relocation package, and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, as well as other medical, financial, and / or other benefits, dependent on the specific position offered.
