Job Details
- Registered Nurse (RN) position at Cheshire Medical Center
- Coordinates total nursing care for patients
- Participates in patient and family teaching
- Provides leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary nursing and other patient team personnel
- Maintains standards for professional nursing practice in the clinical setting
- Patient population : Adult-Geriatric
- Dress code : Traveler provided professional scrubs (no logos)
- EMR : Epic
Job Requirements
- Must include New Hampshire Temporary Health Care Service Agency License / Registration Certificate with all Nursing submissions
- Unable to consider candidates without this license uploaded with traveler profile
- Must be willing to float between Thompson, Farnum, and Kingsbury units
- ICU RNs will be considered
- 2+ years Med Surg experience required
- EPIC experience required
Schedule Information
- Must be willing to work TWO of the following holidays and associated weekends : Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve / Christmas Day, New Year Eve / New Year Day
- Requested time off during the assignment must be noted and verified at upload
- No more than 5 days of RTO will be accepted
- Block scheduling will not be considered for this need
Unit Specific Information
- Med Surg float need between Thompson, Farnum, and Kingsbury units
- Traveler may float between units during shift
