Responsibilities
Client Communication : Interact with clients to address their insurance-related inquiries and provide accurate information on available options.
Policy Management : Assist clients with policy changes, updates, and modifications as needed.
Claims Assistance : Guide clients through the claims process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
Policy Renewals : Proactively reach out to clients to review policy renewals and make any necessary adjustments.
Documentation : Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and policy details.
Customer Service : Provide exceptional service to all clients, resolving issues promptly and effectively.
Requirement
Customer Service Skills : Proven experience in a customer service role, with a focus on providing excellent service and support.
Insurance Knowledge : Basic understanding of personal lines insurance products and terminology preferred.
Communication Abilities : Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
Organizational Skills : Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Team Collaboration : Willingness to work collaboratively with team members to achieve common goals and deliver exceptional service.
