Provides optimum nutritional care for in-patients and out-patients in assigned areas, following methods and procedures established to ensure optimal patient care.
Assesses nutritional needs; develops and implements nutritional care plans; evaluates and reports results appropriately.
Coordinates the nutritional care of assigned patients. Speciality certification preferred.

Bachelors Degree (Required)
Masters Degree (Preferred)
Experience
2 Years experience in an acute care setting. (Preferred)
License / Certifications
LDN-LIC - PA Dietitian -Nutritionist (Required)
