THE PERKS
Excellent pay, for every hour worked ($27 / h base + tips). Guests are prompted through our technology to leave a 20%+ tip when checking out, resulting in higher, more frequent tips.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Licensed / certified in your state
Expertise in Swedish and Deep Tissue
Passionate about delivering a personalized massage and adjusting to your guest’s needs
Available to work at least 12 hours a week
Must be available to work at least one weekend shift (Saturday or Sunday)

MEET YOUR MANAGER, EMMA DIAZ!
Hi hi! If my team were to describe me, they would say I am always happy, laughing, and available. I know that each team member is an individual and needs to be treated with respect, and it's my job as a manager to get to know each person and learn to speak their language.
It's my job to adapt to their way of thinking and working, so I am able to make a stronger connection with each person. I am a firm believer that it is not what I say, but how I say it and how I make others feel.
Overall, I cannot run this shop without my team. I always make sure the Squad feels appreciated and understand that they are the heart and soul of this business!
Three words that describe the culture of our shop are empathetic, structured flexibility, and teamwork. If I were a dog, I would be a golden retriever! I love being anywhere near the beach, sun, and nature, and I love the image of a golden retriever running around in the grass on a sunny day.
My favorite song of all-time is Dancing in the Moonlight by King Harvest it always puts me in a good mood and gets me pumped up.
