Land Development (Site / Civil) Project Engineer

ATCS is growing! We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate Land Development (Site / Civil) Project Engineer to join our vibrant team! Based in the Northern Virginia area, you’ll have the chance to be a key player in the growth of our Site / Civil group in Herndon, VA.

You will spend your time :

• Driving quality deliverables on-time and on-budget
• Developing innovative technical land development design solutions
• Working collaboratively with a team of go-getters and industry leaders
• Engaging in strong client relationships through frequent communications
• Designing diverse projects including mixed-use, residential, commercial, institutional, and industrial development

About you :

• You hold a bachelor's degree (or higher) in Civil Engineering
• You hold an EIT and / or Virginia PE
• You have 2-5 years of private-sector land development engineering experience
• You are a self-starter who is eager to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• You are familiar with state and municipal design and development processes
• You are proficient in Autodesk Civil 3D

The role is also eligible for an annual bonus, with a target 2% of the employee's annualized salary. In addition to compensation, ATCS offers outstanding, employee-focused benefits for you and your family.
